This policy describes, in plain terms, how the studio handles your data on this site.
Data collected. Name, phone number (WhatsApp) and the message you send through the forms, plus basic browsing data (pages visited, traffic source).
Purpose. Commercial service: responding to your inquiry and conducting the conversation about the works.
Storage. Data is stored internally by the studio team and is neither sold nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies. The site stores in your browser only what is essential to its operation: your language preference and your advertising preference, the latter in a first-party cookie. The only third party setting cookies on this site is the Meta Pixel, described below.
Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel is a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It stores cookies and identifiers in your browser and records the pages visited on this site and the submission of a contact form. This data, together with your IP address and browser type, is sent to Meta and is used to measure the results of the studio’s advertising and to show ads to people with similar interests. The site does not send Meta your name, your phone number or the content of your message.
Legal basis. Form data is processed in order to answer your inquiry and conduct preliminary negotiations, at your own request. Advertising measurement is processed on the basis of the studio’s legitimate interest in promoting its work, balanced by two safeguards: this clear disclosure and the option to refuse at any time, in the control below.

Data subject rights. Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) guarantees you confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction, anonymization, portability, information about who it was shared with, withdrawal of consent and deletion. To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your record, write to contato@brunoboni.art. The studio replies within 15 days.
