Amazon
Bruno Boni's Amazon begins before sunrise, at the top of the canopy. It is from there that the artist photographs the forest waking up: a river of mist running between the treetops, the first light igniting the crown of a giant tree in gold, the sky shifting from orange to turquoise over the Cristalino river region, one of the most untouched sunrises on the planet. The gallery then descends into the forest, into the chambers of the Maroaga Cave, and reaches the northern edge of the biome at Angel Falls, the highest waterfall in the world, photographed from the air with a rainbow suspended in the mist. It is the largest rainforest on Earth portrayed in its moments of revelation.
Fine art photography of the Amazon is also a document of its time: landscapes the whole world knows by name and very few have seen like this, untouched and in silence. Each work is produced in limited, numbered editions, always with a signed certificate of authenticity, printed with museum-grade pigment inks and gallery finishes such as acrylic face mount, in formats from the intimate to the monumental. Premium prints for those who want the scale and mystery of the forest at home: a green presence that turns the room into a lookout.
